⚠️ Overnight shipping is not processed or delivered on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed after Friday 9AM ship the next business day.

Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled on the same day they are placed. Approved cancellations will receive a full refund.

Cancellation requests submitted after the order date cannot be processed.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be re-routed or modified in transit.

Customers are financially responsible for shipping their return back to us.

Wrong Shipping Address

• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
• Double-check your address before placing your order.
• If you made a mistake, contact us ASAP. We’ll try to help, but changes may not be possible once shipped.

Missing or Incorrect Items

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number and a photo of the items you received for faster assistance.
